Terms of Use
Effective August 13, 2026
These terms govern use of Solitaire Society, its Daily Challenge service, and digital Society Credits provided by Autonomous Productions.
License and acceptable use
Subject to Apple's App Store terms, we grant you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Solitaire Society on devices associated with your Apple Account. Do not reverse engineer protected services, automate competition, submit fabricated results, interfere with other players, or use the app in violation of law.
Purchases and restoration
Optional decks and game modes are purchased through Apple. Pricing, taxes, refunds, Family Sharing availability, and payment processing are governed by the App Store. Use Restore Purchases in the app to ask StoreKit to recover eligible ownership. Society Credits do not replace or falsify StoreKit receipts.
Society Credits
Society Credits are limited, revocable digital entitlements earned through verified competition or specified in-app achievements. They are not sold directly, do not expire under the current policy, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money, physical goods, App Store credit, or anything outside the eligible Solitaire Society catalog. They may be corrected or revoked if issued through fraud, duplication, or technical error.
Daily Challenge
Daily Challenge prize entries are governed by the Official Daily Challenge Rules. Practice and ordinary random play do not create prize claims. Personal history may differ from prize eligibility when a score is late, assisted, or cannot be verified.
Availability and changes
We may update game rules, balance, compatible operating systems, service endpoints, or the eligible content catalog. We may suspend online features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or technical failure. The app is designed so ordinary local play remains useful when online competition is unavailable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
Solitaire Society software, original artwork, branding, layouts, text, and service design are owned by Autonomous Productions or its licensors. The traditional rules of public-domain card games remain public domain. Personal photos selected for a private table remain yours and are not licensed to us for marketing or service use.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and online service are provided as available without a promise that every random deal is solvable or that online service will be uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that applicable consumer law does not permit us to exclude.
